I honestly was in a place of stagnation dealing with the anxiety of wanting to accomplish so many things at once. Artisha helped me put my goals in perspective by analyzing my habits and actions. I've been progressing steadily with a newfound clarity. I feel like analyzing the WHY's helped me gain the motivation to change for the better.
